Event Information

Address - 1 Mooloolaba Esplanade (enter via Burnett Street)

Date – Sunday the 19th of July 2026

Event Time: 9am - 2pm

On the day Bump in: From 7am (Clothing & Accessories Vendor) 

Market commences at 9am

Market ends at 2pm

Bump out: 2pm (all stalls must be vacated by 3pm)

All stalls are outdoor. Marquees are recommended for the stalls but are optional. Anyone with a stall 3m x 3m or larger is welcome to bring a marquee. We do not have marquees available for use. Bigger spaces can be provided for an additional cost. Just contact the market organiser via Instagram at @sunshinecoastvintagemarket or via email at sunshinecoastvintagemarket@gmail.com

If the market is unable to operate due to poor weather, the event will be pushed to the following Sunday July 26th. Anyone who had a booking for July 19th will automatically be allocated a stall for this date. No refunds or date changes can be made!

These prices includes payment for: venue hire, venue management staff, AV technician, entertainment, advertising (social media – Facebook & Instagram and manual marketing), insurance, photographer, videographer, staff and labour costs.

All racks and tables are BYO.

Stall holders who can no longer attend for any reason are able to transfer their stall payment to a future market if it is communicated by April 1st 2025.
