Refund policy
Stallholders purchasing vendor spaces acknowledge that payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, payments can be reallocated to a future event within the next three months. No refunds will be issued, but the allocated payment may be applied to secure a stall at an upcoming event. To reschedule, stallholders must notify us within 14 days of the originally booked event. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the payment.
