Exchange Policy
Returns
Due to the large volume of second hand stock and one off pieces, returns or exchanges are not available for any of our second hand items unless they:
- do not match it's appearance on the website
- do not match it's description on the website
We can however offer exchanges on any of the Premium Culture brand items. Exchanges are available up to 3 days after the items has been received. The first day being the day the order was delivered. If more than 3 days have passed then we are unable to process an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must:
- be accompanied by a receipt (proof of purchase)
- be in its original packaging
- have no signs of wear or distress
- must have contacted us within three days of delivery via email
If any of these requirements are not met then we will be unable to offer you an exchange on your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you for use on a future purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received contact from us yet, please contact us at premiumcultureclothing@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at premiumcultureclothing@gmail.com to discuss a solution with us.
Gifts
Exchanges can only be given to the buyer of the item. The name of the person wanting a refund or exchange must match that of the original order.
Shipping
To return your product, you will be given a shipping address after discussion via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will not receive a credit on shipping costs from the seller.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
