Please ensure you have been pre-approved to hold a stall or have been a seller at one of our other events before purchasing a vendor space. We do reserve the right to decline stall holders if we are over capacity in a particular category or if the type of product you sell does not fit with the style of our market.

All stalls have a wall backing except 3M X 3M stalls which are located in the rows in middle of venue. Please see floor plan for visual representation of this!
All of our spaces are indoor so marquees are not required. Bigger spaces can be provided for an additional cost. Just contact the market organiser via Instagram at @sunshinecoastvintagemarket or via email at sunshinecoastvintagemarket@gmail.com
These prices includes payment for: venue hire, venue management staff, AV technician, entertainment, advertising (social media – Facebook & Instagram and manual marketing), insurance, photographer, videographer, staff and labour costs.
Tables will be ordered in advance for this event at a cost. We will not have spare tables available on the day unfortunately so we recommend BYO or if you do not have one. Add one to your order.
Stall holders who can no longer attend for any reason are able to transfer their stall payment to a future market if it is communicated by March 1st 2025. Our market will operate in all weather conditions as our market is indoors!
