Please ensure you have been pre-approved to hold a stall or have been a seller at one of our other events before purchasing a vendor space. We do reserve the right to decline stall holders if we are over capacity in a particular category or if the type of product you sell does not fit with the style of our market.

Indoor and outdoor spaces are both 3m x 3m. Marquees are allowed in our outdoor vendor spaces. Bigger spaces can be provided for an additional cost. Just contact the market organiser via Instagram at @sunshinecoastvintagemarket or via email at


These prices includes payment for: venue hire, 


advertising (social media – Facebook & Instagram and manual marketing), insurance, photographer, videographer, staff and labour costs.


Trestle tables (2.5m x 1m) and seating are provided for free if required. Stall holders are responsible for carrying the tables to their space and returning to shed when bumping out. We recommend grabbing a friend or another stall holder to help carry as they are quite heavy!


Stall holders who can no longer attend for any reason are able to transfer their stall payment to a future market if it is communicated by June 25th. If the market is cancelled due to weather conditions your stall fee will be applied to the following month's event.
