Please ensure you have been pre-approved to hold a stall or have been a seller at one of our other events before purchasing a vendor space. We do reserve the right to decline stall holders if we are over capacity in a particular category or if the type of product you sell does not fit with the style of our market.

Bump in: From 8am (Clothing & Accessories Vendor) 9am (Food Vendor)

All of our spaces are indoor so marquees are not required. Bigger spaces can be provided for an additional cost. Just contact the market organiser via Instagram at @goldcoastvintagemarket or via email at goldcoastvintagemarket@gmail.
These prices includes payment for: venue hire, venue management staff, AV technician, entertainment, advertising (social media – Facebook & Instagram and manual marketing), insurance, photographer, videographer, staff and labour costs.
Trestle tables and seating are provided for free. We have allowed for a maximum of 1 table per stall unless otherwise agreed in conversation with the market organiser.
Stall holders who can no longer attend for any reason are able to transfer their stall payment to a future market if it is communicated by November 25th 2024. Our market will operate in all weather conditions as our market is indoors!
